Sydney Signs with WordLink Inc.

So grateful to announce my new partnership with Dean Krystek, Managing Director and Senior Literary Agent at WordLink Incorporated.

I met Dean at the Killernashville conference in August 2022. Actually, I very deliberately tracked him down and found a moment when he was alone to pitch him my book. I knew he was into science fiction and dystopian and just had this feeling we’d be a good fit. Luckily, he wasn’t bothered by my brazenness. In fact, we had a nice long chat about my novel The Sleepers, it’s relevance, and it’s marketability (for print and tv/film). He wanted to see the full manuscript, read it and loved it, and here we are.

Feeling grateful to Dean and Wordlink for this opportunity, thankful for all the rejections I received getting to this point (there were many), each pushing me closer to an emphatic “yes”, and appreciative of all the support from so many to date.

Now, onto the next task: selling the book!
